Transformer Rectifier

A potentiostat, also commonly referred to as a rectifier, is the most commonly used power source for an external current cathodic protection system. It is a machine that automatically controls the current and voltage. It is mainly used to implement external current cathodic protection for pipelines, tanks, steel structures, docks, and other metal structures or equipment. The device includes a transformer for reducing the AC voltage, and a rectifier group for converting AC (alternating current) to DC (direct current).
